So I buggered around with gear rations and landed up finding 3/10ths - so fastest lap now is a 1:12.3. I think an 11 may be possible after all, which makes the aliens' lap about 1:10.1. And maybe an 09. Just, though; if anyone does a 1.09.5 or so, I will give this up!

So the boys are out Jon tells me - 1.10s, mostly. A 1.12 would put me almost last. Much to be done!

You know my email... just send the setup: I doubt I could be really faster... not sure it depends on the setup now. Maybe for consistency...

So just did a 27 lap stint - filled the thing up and wanted to do more but erm - I blew a tyre! Went into pit to check - left front blown, right front at 4% ... I think I may be abusing the brakes a little!!!!!!!!!

So I am watching one of the finns tonight - he takes a much tighter line through t2. I think this is where I am losing most time - should be able to squeeze into the 11s now. I hope! But - watching the aliens u get a sense that they're not that quick - I do f ucking wish I had telemtery, i don't think this is a matter of 1.10ths on every corner, probably more like 3.10ths on 3 or 4 turns - but there it is, cannot understand this track, that horrible left hand hairpin is just stupidly difficult.
